Superbe association de wulfénite orange et de pyromorphite jaune-verte, provenant de La Maladrerie, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Aveyron, France.
La pièce est dominée par un cristal tabulaire de wulfénite, d’un orange intense à orangé-rouge, implanté dans une matrice riche en minéraux secondaires de plomb. Il est accompagné d’abondants agrégats de pyromorphite jaune-vert, formés de petits cristaux prismatiques rayonnants, donnant à l’ensemble un contraste de couleurs particulièrement marqué.
 
Superb association of orange wulfenite and yellow-green pyromorphite from La Maladrerie, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Aveyron, France.
The specimen is dominated by a tabular orange wulfenite crystal, displaying an intense orange to reddish-orange colour and embedded in a matrix rich in secondary lead minerals. It is surrounded by abundant yellow-green pyromorphite aggregates, composed of small radiating prismatic crystals, creating a striking contrast of colours and textures.
