La pièce est caractérisée par une cristallisation très abondante, avec de nombreux individus tabulaires étroitement regroupés. Les cristaux montrent des faces larges et parfaitement planes, des arêtes nettes et des terminaisons pyramidales bien individualisées. Plusieurs individus sont suffisamment épais pour présenter une réelle profondeur tout en conservant une transparence à translucidité caractéristique de ces wulfenites.
 
The specimen is characterised by an abundant crystal coverage, with numerous closely grouped tabular individuals. The crystals display broad, flat faces, sharp edges and well-defined pyramidal terminations. Several of the larger crystals are sufficiently thick to show appreciable depth while retaining the characteristic transparency to translucency of Jianshan wulfenite.
