Le spécimen présente un agrégat dense de cristaux bien individualisés, développant des formes polyédriques nettes, intimement associés à une matrice claire composée de minéraux blancs tabulaires, typiques de cette localité alpine exceptionnelle.
Les cristaux de sphalérite montrent une teinte miel à jaune doré très attractive, avec une translucence marquée qui met en valeur les structures internes et les zonations subtiles visibles sous fort grossissement. Les faces cristallines sont bien définies, avec un éclat résineux à subadamantin, conférant à l’ensemble une forte présence visuelle malgré la petite taille du spécimen.
 
Excellent sphalerite micromount from the renowned Lengenbach deposit, Binn Valley, Valais, Switzerland. The specimen displays a dense aggregate of well-individualized crystals with sharp polyhedral forms, closely associated with a pale matrix of tabular white minerals, characteristic of this exceptional Alpine locality.
The sphalerite crystals exhibit an attractive honey to golden-yellow coloration, with strong translucency that highlights internal structures and subtle zoning visible under high magnification. The crystal faces are well defined, showing a resinous to subadamantine luster, giving the specimen a strong visual impact despite its small size.
