Superbe spécimen d’érythrine provenant de la célèbre localité de Cerro Minado en Espagne.
La pièce est dominée par un agrégat en rosette très esthétique, composé de cristaux prismatiques allongés, bien formés et nettement terminés. La disposition radiale crée un véritable effet « étoilé », particulièrement beau.
La couleur est remarquable : un rose à rouge framboise vif, avec une belle transparence sur certaines arêtes, qui capte parfaitement la lumière.
L’ensemble repose sur une matrice sombre, probablement riche en oxydes de cobalt, offrant un contraste saisissant qui met en valeur l’intensité de l’érythrine.
 
Beautiful erythrite specimen from the well-known locality of Cerro Minado, Spain.
The piece features a highly aesthetic radial rosette, composed of elongated prismatic crystals with sharp terminations. The star-like arrangement gives the specimen a very attractive appearance.
The color is outstanding: a vivid raspberry pink to red, with partial transparency that enhances brilliance under light.
The crystals sit on a dark matrix, likely rich in cobalt oxides, creating a striking contrast that highlights the intensity of the erythrite.
