Belle pièce d’allanite de Trimouns, présentant plusieurs cristaux brun très sombre à noir, à éclat vitreux à résineux. Les cristaux montrent un habitus tabulaire à prismatique, avec des faces bien développées et de remarquables stries longitudinales particulièrement visibles sur le grand cristal.
L’allanite est implantée dans une matrice de dolomite blanche à crème finement cristallisée, offrant un contraste naturel avec les cristaux sombres de terres rares.
 
Fine allanite specimen from Trimouns, displaying several very dark brown to almost black crystals with a vitreous to resinous luster. The crystals exhibit a tabular to prismatic habit, with well-developed faces and pronounced longitudinal striations, particularly evident on the larger crystal. The allanite is set on a matrix of finely crystallized white to cream-colored dolomite, providing a natural contrast with the dark rare-earth mineral crystals..
